When is a Comment a Comment on Apsense Blogs.

Reviewed many blogs, articles on here and other sites, l noticed one thing that stood out like a real sore thumb.  We all know that we all have the ability to leave a comment on the article we just read, providing feed back or even perhaps creating an interesting debate among members.

None of this is really happening on many blogs, that l reviewed today, what l did see was the same thing l would see when l am on msn and l sending out a sentence to the person l am chatting with.  The comments l reviewed today was just another crafty way of getting noticed on here.  Hate to actually use the word "SPAM" but it is exactly that, members sharing a conversation on a blog wow....

Think about this for a minute here, APSense has been a leader in the ability of creating good articles that would entice members to share information at times longer then the actual blog as a comment.  We would get 75 - 100 well written comments from members who understood what her or she was talking about.

Now everyone is only really concern with one thing, how "POPULAR" am l, how many "TOPS" did l get today.  Let's all enjoy what we have here, lets think about what we are doing and why we are here to create good solid articles that will enhance someone into a creative debate and actually get you some respect the correct way.

Yea l can showcase some blogs that l written to fully illustrate this point and provide the information and facts l have just stated here.  One thing about me, l really have no desire to make any money on here, why cause l do OK.  the only reward l want is for you to become successful it takes time, effort and the key word becoming well discipline learning how to dream and achieving dreams is what will make you successful.

Money only provides you with one thing in life, "FREEDOM", can not really buy you happiness  but l do know one thing it is a lot easier to be miserable and rich then it is to be miserable and poor..

At the end of the day you should play back the tapes of your performance.  The results should either applaud you or prod you

Their is a time and a place for everything for some this doesn't exist and the spam is hard to digest. i seen you post in other places and this one spammer was so lazy he copy and pasted somebody else's compliment to you and then went on his spam rant. And you read the spam and wonder why he thinks this strategy is a winning strategy?

Joseph thanks for the information; I have my eye on you and I am actually learning because I am digesting what you are putting out because the information is very valuable. Although people don't comment on your blog like they should, don't let that stop you from writing quality articles like you have been doing because you are steadily planting seeds so people like me can learn and eventually you will reap a harvest.

Medical Billing/Coding/Insurance

I remember those days of 75 to 100 comments on a blog. We had some good debates going. I I do mean debates with members presenting their side in reasonable well thought out comments. The thing is that reasonable good well thought out comments will attract other reasonable well thought out comments.

However it seems in 2011 few people will make actual comments, you get the Spamutopians or the trolls looking for a handout or a flame war..

Business

After reading both your post and all the comments on not just this but many of your posts Joseph I love and amire the talent you have for drawing members in to your articles and getting the best out of them by way of their comments.
I would certainly welcome more informed comments and opinions on my posts and would even welcome constructive critism, after all I am not here to get my ego stroked but to do and learn new ways of business

Hi,

To all the members who actually take the time to write good solid feed back aka's a comment here at APSense...........Three or four words do not make up a comment..........be creative when you take the time in writing an article....share information, feed back provide knowledge.........do not post a comment for a free ride cause l just delete your comment no free rides..

Sometimes we just need to be reminded of why l wrote this article...

We all understand, why we share our comments

Hey,

What the hell, may as well have fun with what l like doing is providing good information and watch us grow within APSense using our abilities and the make the APSense tools so simple to use when you effectively learn the system....

See Learn it one step at a time....APSense has many tools to provide your company, your ability to market it more effectively then you have every done....The cost is your time and effort, until you decide if your good enough then you MAY or MAY not upgrade.

What many members do not realize is that they are also branding them selves with comments. When somebody writes a useful comment i will check that person out. If this person does this more often I will read his blogs and revpages and I may even sign up for something. If somebody writes meaningless comments all the time I will not follow him and I will not join any opportunity from that person.

Hello Jean,

It has been a longtime, for you to actually comment one of my articles, glad to see you back, like the old days. APSense is doing many good things, but has a long way to go with features and replies and training members to do exactly what just wrote about.

Comments are a direct blood line back to the author of the article and the reader who has an interest in the article. i enjoy good debates not chit, chatting about whatever, you do that here on the chat windows and keep it

Hi Joe,

Have just read my way through this discussion - makes interesting reading.

Like you, I often delete posts to my blogs, especially those on my websites, not here in APsense, as they are obviously nothing but attempts to get backlinks. Even worse, often the content is nothing but garbage.

Some well thought out comment to our original posts would be of far better value, both to us and the spammers. If the comments made sense, we'd be inclined to leave them on the blog, and thus

Hi Dave,

What you have shared with all who read this article is so true, most have been coached to practices this method of creating additional backlinks to there own websites. Yes it creates at a cost to the Author, and yes l do delete many comments that are posted on here but more so on my blogs.

If the comment is not relevant to the content that it will not be approved by me. This is at times is a full time job, police your comments if more author did this then the spammers would actua

To comment, or not to comment, that is the question...

More often than not, as you've pointed out, those that do make a "comment" are doing so for the express purpose of "being seen". This is what many "gooroos" instruct, so's to build backlinks to one's website(s). Some of those "gooroos" actually suggest "engaging" when leaving a comment, yet many of those who leave "comments" don't do that.

In response to the "spammers", many blog owners implement "hoops" that both legitimate, and not s

Thanks, Yes it is good to see a good comment posted that is actually related to the topic that you have written about and provides you with some sort of feed back that we all can benefit from....One simple step to take is to think about you just read and if makes sense leave a good solid comment if does not then don't leave one simple..

Thank you Dawie, well sometimes things have to be pointed out, other times people just are so busy and they do not think at all about what they are doing in the end.....who really knows what a real good comment is.....one that makes good sense can be long or short.....it is the value of the message that is important

Joseph i am sure i missed some good posts, luckily my eye caught this one.
It does become frustrating, when you post about a certain topic, and the comments that are left is 60% unrelated or spam and plagiarism.
Good rant, and it is good to see our usual members that leave valuable comments also commented here.
I don't comment on every blog or post i see, i will top it, if it is of value to me. And we should keep our eyes peeled, remember those topping rings that where here before, don't want
